Wonder Office Yoga is a combination of modified physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation and meditation, which help to give the body and mind a complete workout while sitting at the desk. It requires very little space, as all the practices are designed to be done on the chair. This series of yogic techniques require little time and can be done by everyone.

This has been designed keeping in mind the specific needs of a corporate executive as well as the needs of a corporate - where office space is scarce. A session for 25 participants can be easily organized in a conference room of about 350 sq ft.

This program, conducted by T. Spiritual World, is a special package of exercises to be done at the workplace. The yogic exercises are designed and modified to be practiced on the chair. This program helps to give a workout to executives, who otherwise have little time for any other physical activity. Wonder Office Yoga concentrates on the problems faced by office-goers, and aims to provide simple yet effective cures to these ailments through yogic exercises, modifies asanas, pranayama and relaxation.
