Wonder
Office Yoga is a combination of modified physical
postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama),
relaxation and meditation, which help to give the body
and mind a complete workout while sitting at the desk.
It requires very little space, as all the practices are
designed to be done on the chair. This series of yogic
techniques require little time and can be done by
everyone.
This has been designed keeping in mind the specific
needs of a corporate executive as well as the needs of a
corporate - where office space is scarce. A session for
25 participants can be easily organized in a conference
room of about 350 sq ft.
