Dr. Alam Ali, an M. Sc. & Ph.D in Yoga & Meditation. He has done his research on “Patanjal Yog and Preksha Meditation: A comparative study”. He has taught this subject in S.J.T. College, Ranawas (Rajasthan). He has been the Head of Stress Management Department for 3 years in a Public Limited Company in Mumbai, giving training of Yoga & Meditation to senior level executives. As an expert in this field, he has organized many camps in Colleges, Schools and Institutions in various cities in India. He is also the Director of M/s. T. Spiritual World Ltd.

Mrs. Shveta Rishiraj, a graduate from Jesus and Mary’s College, New Delhi, has been teaching Yoga in Navy Wives Welfare Association since past 12 years. She has also done a 2 year Diploma in Beauty and Hair Care from Women’s Polytechnic, Delhi, and Management and Personality Development course from Defence Services of Staff College, Wellington, TN. Besides being a Yoga instructor, she has been a Beauty therapist and Gym instructor. She specializes in conducting inch-loss for specific areas through simple yogic exercises.

Dr. Sunandini Bhat, a registered Naturopathic practitioner and Yoga therapist. She has been a gold medallist all throughout in her pursuit of Bachelors in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences, from TN Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai, and M.Sc. in Yogic Sciences from SVYASA, Deemed University, Bangalore. She also has research experience in the field of Yoga & Cardiac care. She is presently working with T. Spiritual World as a Naturopathic physician and Yoga therapist.

Dr.Ram Behin is a medical graduate in Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences from Tamilnadu Dr.M.G.R.Medical University. He is an expert in Yoga & Meditation and has been teaching dedicatedly for more than 10 years. He has conducted Stress Management Workshops for various corporates like NTPC, NHPC and Power Grid. He also conducts lectures about Naturopathy and Yoga for the Medical students from U.S.A. and Canada. Presently he is working in T Spiritual World as a Naturopathy Physician & Yoga Co-ordinator.
