Precautions & Tips to be kept in mind

Do not
wear very constrictive clothing while practicing the
exercises
-
Avoid
practicing exercises immediately after having a
heavy meal.

Do not
strain yourself to do any of the exercises if you
feel excessive pain during the movements.

If you
have any specific medical condition, please consult
your doctor before you start the office yoga regime.

Do not
hold your breath while stretching. Breathe deeply in
slow rhythm with your movement.

Loosen
your waist belts and take off your spectacles before
beginning the exercises.
SHOULDER ROTATION
Benefits
- This exercise helps to loosen the stiffness in the
shoulders, and prevents shoulder pain, and conditions
like frozen shoulder.
Instructions
-
Bend your
arms and touch the shoulders with your finger tips
(as shown below in Image 1)
-
Now rotate
your arms in clockwise and anti clockwise
directions.
-
Repeat 5
times in each direction
