Tips to fight
your 'Fat'
(Contd. from
Newsletter - Read
the first part)
TRY A LOW GI
DIET
Try to consume high amounts of foods with low
ranking on the Glycemic Index. This diet includes many
favorites fruits, vegetables, dairy and grain products.
ADD VARIETY WORKOUTS
Try to engage
in a variety of exercises that will keep your interest
and best allow you to maintain your goal of burning fat.
Include activities like Yoga, Aerobics, other sports etc.
STRESS
AND FOOD – BAD COMBINATION
Do not eat when you are in
tension, stress, anger, depression etc. as it is
difficult to judge how much to eat? And mood
fluctuations cause excess or small release of digestive
juice which can lead to Indigestion, acidity etc.
FASTING ONCE IN A WEEK
Fasting is a natural therapy,
which provides rest to the digestive system and
increases its efficiency by improving the digestive
power. Fasting also helps in elimination of toxins from
the body.
SKIP HAPPY HOURS
Alcohol is a calorie rich
substance. It adds to the calories and also acts as an
inhibitor for burning fat, allowing your body to store
it more quickly.
