Fixed
Assets used in the company’s business or liabilities
have not been identified to any of the reportable
segments, as the fixed assets and services are used
interchangeably between segments. The management
believes that it is currently not practicable to furnish
segmental disclosures relating to total assets and
liabilities.
Notes:
1. The above
unaudited financial results (provisional) were reviewed
by the audit committee and taken on record by Board of
Directors at their meeting held on 16th
January, 2006.
2. The
quarterly results are subject to “Limited Review” by the
statutory auditors of the Company.
3.
Provision for taxations will be made at the end of the
year.
4.
Figures of the previous period have been regrouped
wherever necessary.
5. There were no
complaints pending at the beginning of the quarter and
One complaint was received from the investors during the
quarter and the same was resolved.
