Sujok is a specialized Korean therapy done only in hands and feet using rings, micro needles, micro magnets and seeds (natural products). According to this therapy, the hands and feet represent a mirror image of the anatomy of the human body, and stimulating points on hands and feet help to heal the corresponding body parts.
