New Delhi (December 1, 2005) - T Spiritual World Ltd has received a certificate of registration for quality management system - ISO 9001:2000 for the various business units of the Company. This certification covers the following

• Retail sale of spiritual products
• Services for Yoga, meditation and alternative medicine
• Software Development and Web designing

The ISO 9000 family is primarily concerned with "quality management". This means what the organization does to fulfil:

• the customer's quality requirements,
• and applicable regulatory requirements,
• while aiming to enhance customer satisfaction,
• and achieve continual improvement of its performance in pursuit of these objectives.

The familiar three standards ISO 9001, ISO 9002 and ISO 9003 have been integrated into the new ISO 9001:2000. The standard is used for certification/registration and contractual purposes by organizations seeking recognition of their quality management system.
