We were incorporated on 12th June, 1986, and the Certificate of Commencement of Business was received on 7th November 1986. We were registered with the Registrar of Company, Kolkata. Our initial business was trading and thereafter we entered into the software solutions segments and now have further diverted into business activities related to spirituality.

We went public in 1991 with a successful public issue of equity shares and presently our shares are listed at the Calcutta Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange.

We have more than 18000 shareholders.
