The company has planned to open spiritual world outlets in Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Jaipur by the end of June and franchisee in Ahmedabad, Pune, Raipur and Indore by the end of 2005, said Jain.
 
These unique outlets will showcase quality products including herbal products, publishing material and accessories. It will also feature trained personnel to provide holistic healing using therapies such as reiki, ayurveda, acupuncture, meditation and services such as astrology, vaastu shastra, counselling and special spiritual discourses.
 
Talking to Business Standard, Jain said, “We are investing Rs 25 crore in the financial year 2005-06. Apart from that, the company is investing Rs four crore on each outlet in the metros.”
 
He further said that talks are already on to acquire franchisee outlets in non-metros and smaller towns to spread network across the country. Apart from these outlets, the company is developing a spiritual resort and a research and development center at Mehrauli in New Delhi.
 
Jain said that the resort will have vast panel of consultants such as yoga teachers and therapists. The company has also tied up for publication of spiritual and motivational books.
 
About packages offered by T Spiritual World, Jain said that there are different packages for different segments of people. The company has developed medication and yoga packages such as Wonder package in which, we provide a unique concept to relieve an individual from all ailments and stress. Wonder is a means for shaping a wonderful personality through a package of techniques.
 
It provides a way to relax and release stress by creating a balance between body and mind. It is a special tool which develops overall personality of a person. There are packages such as 48 minutes package for students, 96 minute package for housewives, three minute package for busy people, Jain added.
 
When asked about the company’s future plans, Jain said, “The company is planning to launch a spiritual TV channel which will cover religious and spiritual programmes and discussions on subjects which give inner peace, enhances mental power, concentration and devotion. Apart from this, also it has plans to open an spiritual clinic which will be a primary care clinic to provide all services as required for the point of contact clinic for a defined mental, emotional, physical or spiritual condition to be treated using alternative and complementary medicine.”
 
The company has achieved a turnover of Rs 52.53 crore in 2003-04 and is expecting to achieve a turnover of Rs 100 crore in next three year.
 
The company was incorporated on June 12, 1986, with the registrar of company, Kolkata, as a public limited company. The main objective of the business is software development and sales, spiritual activities, trading, e-commerce services, and software related consultancy services.
 
The company went public in 1990 with a successful public issue of equity shares. It is listed at Calcutta Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange. The company has more than 5,000 shareholders.
 
The company’s net profit stood at Rs 74.12 lakh and the net sales stood at Rs 5,246.94 lakh at the year ended June 30, 2004, and a dividend of nine per cent recorded for the past three financial year.
